Due to a 150’ clear span in the center of the building, we chose to assemble the truss frames on the ground and hoist them into place.

The schedule allowed for six weeks of erection.

Due to tight schedule, we opted to preassemble the brace frames on the ground and set them as units. The joists were hoisted into place using an engineered picking rack.

The building was divided into nine sequences, each with it’s own color code for identification.

The last beam was set four weeks from start of erection.
